Our company carries out internal audit of "three standards in one" system
In order to verify the operation compliance, suitability and effectiveness of the company's "three standards in one" management system (ISO19001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001) and realize continuous improvement, the internal audit team of the system conducted annual internal audit from June 16 to 18. The scope of this audit covers the production and service and related management activities covered by the system.
According to the internal audit activity plan, this internal audit is led by Shen Shouwen, the management representative, and the team members are composed of 15 internal auditors from various departments. The specific scope of audit includes management, production and manufacturing departments, functional departments and other units. The audit basis is GB / T19001-2008, GB / T24001-2004, GB / t28001-2011, management system documents and relevant laws and regulations. According to the schedule of production and each department, the audit is completed alternately.
At the final meeting, Shen Gong, the management representative, pointed out that after audit, the company's "three standards in one" management system operated normally and effectively, and could continuously meet the standard requirements. However, many typical problems were exposed in the internal audit, such as nonstandard filling of form records, weak traceability of product identification, imperfect document control, etc. At the same time, the rectification departments are required to carefully analyze the causes, take corrective and preventive measures in accordance with the provisions of the "three standards in one" management system document, and in view of the problems existing in the system operation, it is required to improve the next year's internal audit plan and strengthen the supervision of the system operation. Although the internal audit was successfully completed, we still made in-depth study on system documents, integrated manuals and other relevant documents, applied them to production and work, and constantly improved to achieve the goal.
